Personal Data

No personal data is collected through our website (e.g. name, address, telephone numbers or email addresses) except the information you voluntarily submit (e.g. by registration, survey) or if you agree to its use and to the extent the respective laws governing privacy protection permit. Under no circumstances will the data be sold or given to a third party for any reason (except to the companies in the SCHEMA Group).

The following policy provides an overview of how we guarantee this protection, and which data is gathered for what purpose.

Purpose

SCHEMA gathers and automatically stores in server log /index.php?option=com_schemadownload&file= the information your browser submits to us such as:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (prior page visited)
  • Host name of the computer accessing the page (IP address)
  • Time of server request.

This data cannot be traced back to individual users by SCHEMA. It is not combined with other data sources, and is deleted after being statistically evaluated. If you access our websites via telecommunication services, the abovementioned communication data is automatically created. This may allow conclusions to be drawn about your personal data. Any mandatory capture and use of your communication and usage data is subject to the official data protection laws.
